The goals of each committee vary:

 

Marketing: strategize and create ways to promote our events and grow our organization.

Student Relations and Scholarship: goal is to create stronger relationships with the local colleges and helping to engage students.  This includes our scholarship program.

Membership: grows, creates and drives awareness for new membership and retention.

​

Community Relations: connects with the Southern California community to provide philanthropic opportunities to support the AWM SoCal mission.

Genii: produces annual Genii awards show
